Ohana supportive services provides individualized residential placement services to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in host home settings that meet their needs and personal preferences.

Family Caregiver

Individuals have the option to remain in their family home and choose a family member to provide daily supports. Family providers are compensated for providing dignified care to their adult family member.

Nationally certified, award-winning employment specialist will assist job seekers in the development and implementation of a customized employment plan that addresses the individuals’ unique interests, abilities, capabilities and overall goals.

Non-Medical Transportation

Non-Medical Transportation services shall include, but not be limited to:

  • Adult Day programs
  • Shopping
  • Activities that encourage community integration
  • Non-Medical therapeutic sessions
